These Terms & Conditions apply to all users, including individuals, businesses, and Amazon sellers. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services. We reserve the right to update, revise, or modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Our role is to receive, process, store, prepare, and ship packages or mail strictly according to the instructions you provide. You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and completeness of all shipment information, including item descriptions, declared values, destination details, and compliance documentation. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays, additional fees, or shipment refusal.
All prices, rates, and service fees are published for reference and may vary depending on shipment size, weight, destination, and selected services. Final costs are calculated after packages are received and measured. Failure to pay outstanding balances may result in shipment delays, suspension of services, or storage fees.
Storage services are provided subject to capacity and duration limits. Items stored beyond the agreed period or left without instructions may incur additional storage fees. If items remain unpaid, unclaimed, or without instructions for an extended period, they may be considered abandoned. Abandoned items may be disposed of, recycled, or otherwise handled at our discretion, without compensation.
Optional shipment insurance may be available and must be selected before shipment processing. Insurance coverage is subject to specific terms and limitations. Without insurance, our liability for loss or damage is limited and may not cover the full declared value of the shipment.
We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party carriers, customs inspections, regulatory actions, acts of nature, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Claims related to loss or damage must be submitted within the specified timeframe and supported by documentation. Disputes arising from service use shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication with our support team before pursuing further action.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts or services that violate these Terms & Conditions, applicable laws, or carrier policies. Termination does not release you from responsibility for unpaid fees or outstanding obligations incurred prior to termination.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Use of our services constitutes agreement to this jurisdiction.
